Josefina Romero de Carpio

Josefina Romero de Carpio passed away on December 19, 2022 in Oklahoma City. She was 91 years old. She was the widower of Jesus Carpio. They shared 70 years of marriage together. Josefina was born in Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua, Mexico. She was the daughter of Ramona Romero.She was a member of La Virgen de Los Dobres. She enjoyed singing, and practice of her religion. She will be remembered for her love, morals and courage. She is survived by Ernesto Carpio & Eva Carpio. Martha Carpio & Pedro Aguilar. Ignacio Carpio & Jose Pacheco. Octavio & Modesta Carpio. Josefina Carpio & Julian Marquez. Eva Carpio & Brisido Marquez. Jesus Carpio & Berta Carpio. Dolores Carpio & Horacio Medina. Juan Carpio & Claudia Carpio. She had 40 grandchildren, 100 great grandchildren, 21 great-great grandchildren and 1 pet Mila.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, December 23, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Service-South Chapel, 7720 South Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159 following with interment at Pleasant Valley Cemetery. A visitation for Josefina will be held Thursday, December 22, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Service-South Chapel, 7720 South Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159.
