John Michael “Mike” Fowler, 70 year-old resident of Midwest City, Oklahoma, passed away July 13, 2016. Born February 28, 1946 in Shawnee, Oklahoma, he was the son of Vernoy Robert Fowler and Lelia Marie (Turner) Fowler. John was a longtime self-employed seller of Tools. Mike was an easy-going and happy man who loved to tell jokes both good and somewhat corny. He was an avid golfer and his greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially the grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Kay Fowler of the home; 2 daughters, Suzanne Michelle Terronez of Midwest City, Oklahoma; and Mikela Elizabeth Fowler of Oklahoma City, OK; 4 grandchildren, Destany; Bryan; and Zane Terronez; and Johnathan Fowler; 1 brother, Bob Fowler of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; 2 sisters, Laura Fowler of Florida; and Mary Anderson of OKC, Oklahoma; and a number of nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 18, 2016 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel, 8805 NE 23rd St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
