John Charles Adams was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Roy and Margaret Adams February 24, 1945, and died in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma September 29, 2011 after a battle with cancer.
John, graduated from John Marshall class of 1963. Then went on to UCO. After graduation, John worked until retirement in the Printing Business. He became President of the Times Journal Publishing Co..
He is preceded in death by his father, Roy Adams. He is survived by his wife, Margaret E. Adams of the home; son, John Christopher Adams, and daughter, Nicole Pettit, granddaughter, great grandson, mother Margaret E. Adams; brothers, Phil Adams and wife, Tracy and family of St. Louis; Bob Adams Fash and wife, Marilou and family of Plano, Texas; and a loving group of nieces and nephews and extended family members.
