Jack Koch, 80, of Oklahoma City, OK passed away quietly Monday, July 1, 2013 at Baptist Integris following a short illness. Jack was born March 18, 1933 in Oklahoma City, OK to Lucille Maxson and Kenneth H. Koch; both who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Harold Koch, Jr. and his first wife Mary. In 1985 he met the love of his life Patti, and they married October 18, 1985. They had twenty-eight wonderful years together. Jack is survived by his wife, Patti; daughter Jacque Robinson (Greg), sons Michael Koch, John Koch and Sean Winn (Kelli) and daughter Kisa Dawson. He was “Papaw” to grandchildren Lennon, Hailey, Zachary and Hayden. He is also survived by sister Dorothy Gatti (Joe), sister-in-law LaJoy Koch and nieces, nephew, cousins and a multitude of friends. Jack was a fantastic husband, father, grandfather and friend who loved his family, friends and life; he will be missed. He was an inspiration to all with a smile on his face even during this time of health trials and tribulations. Jack retired as a Senior Designer Engineer from OG&E in 1994 after forty years of service. He was very active in the BPOE and was a member of Lindsay Elks Lodge #2351. He was also very active in Windsor Forest NA, WAND, WABG and OG&E Retirees and was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church. And, Jack enjoyed being a HAM Radio Operator (WD5ITW). Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, July 8th at Guardian West Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to the Elks National Foundation (ENF) or the charity of your choice.
