Don Maddoux, age 71, died Saturday, July 30. He is survived by his wife, Linda, four children, Leisa Maddoux of San Francisco, CA; Stacey Maddoux Lambott of Arlington, TX; Jeff Wilcox and his wife Shanna of Kingfisher, OK, Lisa Wilcox Gavilan and her husband Gustavo of Edmond, OK, and eight grandchildren-Landon, Logan, Taylor, Nicholas, Dillon, Jeremy, Olivia and Katherine. Don spent his life as an entrepreneur who developed many successful businesses and enterprises across North and South America. Don was a member of Village Baptist Church and an active member of his Sunday school class. Don was loved and respected by his family and many friends. He will be missed by all who knew him. Don was born in Sayre, OK the son of a farmer, HF “Fuzz” Maddoux and Maudie Pauline Locke Maddoux. Don was also preceded in death by his three siblings, Harold Maddoux, RL Maddoux and Aline Maddoux. Services will be 10am, Tuesday August 2, 2011 at Village Baptist Church with Interment to follow at Kingfisher Cemetery at 1:30pm. Visitation will be from 8am to 9pm, Monday August 1, 2011 at Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper. In lieu of flowers the family request any donations to be made to the American Heart Association.
