Betty June Jones, 90, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her family on Friday, July, 2, 2021.
Betty was born on August 4, 1930 in Seminole, Oklahoma. Betty was the first born to Rex and Dessie Stewart.
She married the love of her life, Harry "Bud" Jones on June 7, 1947. They had five children and were married for 48 years.
Betty supported the family in and outside of the home and was a devoted wife, mother, and follower of Christ.
She enjoyed sports, cooking, fishing, and spending time with her family.
Strong and feisty, Betty will be remembered for her work-ethic, sense of humor, and love for her family.

Daughter: Diane Snider of Oklahoma City.
Daughter: Julie Traylor, and husband, Harry, of Edmond.

She is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family especially wishes to thank Nurse Sherry with Mercy Hospice who improved our Mother's quality of life.

A celebration of Betty's life will be held on Wednesday, July 7th at 10AM at the Historic Chapel at Memorial Park Cemetery, 13400 N Kelley Ave, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73131.
Arrangements are by Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Graveside burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Wewoka, Oklahoma.
