Barbara Ann Milligan, 78, passed away on November 13th, 2024, in Choctaw, Oklahoma. Barbara was born March 8th, 1946, in Elk City, Oklahoma, to her parents, William Alfred Long and Nellie Holt.
She is survived in death by her three children. Eldest son, William Milligan and wife Christina. Son, Robert Milligan. And daughter, Rebecka Griffin and husband Matt. Five grandchildren, Haley and her husband Tory, Matthew Jr, Melody, Camden, and Lyrik. As well as three Great Grandkids, Raylee, Kambrie, and Ryker.
She was preceded in her death by both her parents and her older brothers, James and Carl Long. As well as her husband Elva “Ray” Milligan.
