Barbara Maxine Cramer, 80, of Choctaw, Oklahoma passed away April 19, 2016. She was born February 6, 1936 in Springdale, Arkansas to Oscar Howard and Minnie Gladys (Cox) Wright. As a young woman, Barbara married the love of her life, Eugene Cramer. The two began a love affair that spanned the rest of their lives. Barbara and Eugene were blessed with a son and a daughter. Barbara worked for many years as a packaging specialist at Tinker Air Force Base. In her spare time she enjoyed traveling and genealogy research. She also loved studying her Bible and spent countless hours devoted to her studies of her Lord’s words. Barbara especially adored her family and spending time with them. She was a great counselor and encourager to others. Her children and grandchildren are left to cherish a legacy of love and strength. Barbara is survived by her son, Randall Cramer and wife Patti; daughter, Dee Ann Currier and husband Jon; grandchildren, Mallory Marler, Kirsten Wiegert, Bayleigh Cramer, Cayden Currier, Bradley Currier and Braden Currier; great grandchildren, Zachariah Marler, Kinley Marler and Gabriella Wiegert; and a host of loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; brothers, Oscar Wright, Jr., Gene “Buddy” Wright, and Dean Wright. Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Parkland Cemetery in Parkland, Oklahoma.
