Ann was born on September 11, 1935 to Arnet and Lois LeBlanc of Houma, Louisiana, she passed away December 28, 2023. Ann went to Terrebonne High School and married Earl Bergeron in 1957. They had four children - Barry, Earl, Wendy, and Andy Bergeron. She married Frank Fowler in 1967 and had a wonderful life restoring old homes for resale while being active in apartment management.
