Funeral services for Robin L. Barber, age 56 of Massena will be held on Friday (Nov 6, 2015) at 3:00pm at the Fox & Murray Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Welsh officiating. Burial will follow the service at the Cedar Cemetery on Black Lake.

Calling hours will be held also on Friday from 12:00-3:00pm at the funeral home. Robin passed away on Wednesday (Nov 4, 2015) at Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse surrounded by her loving family.

Surviving are her children Dustin Bennett of Watertown; Corey Addison of Ogdensburg, Jamie (James) Webb of Massena, Jeruesha (Michael) Mills of Syracuse, Ashley Pike of Massena, Rikki (Adam) Drews of OR; step sons Jacob & Lyle Bogardus of OH; a brother Clyde (Lori) Bennett of MD; sisters Cynthia (Larry) Volpe of CT, Toni Bennett of Canton; grandchildren Brock Bennett, Dustin Bennett II, Caleb Currier, Natalie Currier, Gracelyn Webb & Havyn Addison; a brother in law David Goble along with many nieces, nephews & cousins also survive.

Her parents Jacqueline & Clyde Bennett, her husband Rick Barber and a sister Jacqueline Goble predeceased her.

Robin was born on August 3, 1959 in Ogdensburg NY, a daughter of the late Clyde & Jacqueline (Everhart) Bennett. She graduated from local schools and later married Rick Barber. During her career she worked as a waitress, certified nursing assistant and housekeeper until failing health. She enjoyed singing, dancing, playing cards and being around her family.
