Calling hours will be held also on Monday from 2:00pm until the time of the service. Mrs. Noel passed away on Monday (March 13, 2017) unexpectedly after being stricken at home.

Surviving are her children Christopher Simmons-Noel and his companion Harley Potter, Jennifer Simmons-Noel and her companion Joshua Beldock all of Ogdensburg, Autumn Simmons-Noel and her companion Curtis Adams of Star Lake, and eight grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a brother Richard Simmons and a sister Sandra Simmons.

Lisa was born on October 27, 1961 in Star Lake NY, a daughter of the late Boyd & Grace (Bressett) Simmons. She attended Clifton Fine High School and later married Gary Noel, he predeceased her in 2012. She later found happiness with Ed Blount her fiancé, he also predeceased her in 2015.

Lisa was employed at Claxton Hepburn Hospital as a dietary aide for 15 years, and later provided elder care and house cleaning in Wesley Island and Alexandria Bay. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, gardening, reading, walking, camping and loved her animals.
