Dean E. Green

Funeral services for Dean E. Green, age 42 of County Route 6 Ogdensburg, will be held on Wednesday (Aug 10, 2011) at 1:00pm at St. John’s Episcopal Church with Rev. Robert Longbottom officiating. Entombment will follow the service at Foxwood Memorial Park

Calling hours will be held on Monday & Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8pm at the Fox & Murray Funeral Home. Dean died at his home on Friday (Aug 5, 2011).

Surviving is his wife Becky, two daughters Drew & Luci Green; his parents Earl & Audrey Green; a brother Dan Green & his wife Tina; mother & father-in-law Mary Como & Lawrence Ferguson; brother-in-law Thadd Ferguson all of Ogdensburg along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Dean was born on March 5, 1969 in Sharon, PA a son of Earl & Audrey (Hull) Green. He graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy in 1987, and continued his education at Canton ATC, Rochester Institute of Technology and Clarkson University where he obtained his electrical engineering degree. He married Becky A. Ferguson on December 13, 1997 in Ogdensburg with Rev. Bernard Fortune officiating. During his career he was employed 13 years at Acco Brands International and the Seaway Development Corporation where he has worked as an Electronic Engineer for the last 5 years.

He enjoyed camping, electronics, working around the house on home improvement projects, spending time with his children, and was most recently a judge for the Clarkson University Robotics Team.
