Richard was schoolmate, quiet and reserved, loved God, family, church and community.  My deepest sympathy to the Hendrix family in such a great loss, and he will be missed by all of us. May Richard Rest In Peace from his labor.

To the Hendrix family my heart is sadden. My love and prayers are with the family. I apologize that I can't be there but my heart is with you guys. I'm very grateful that I was able to have a long visit with Richard and Pearl in March. I had no clue that it would be the last time seeing him.  I love you all. Richard was family to us.
