Lisa Kay Jilek

Lisa was born in Clovis New Mexico on September 7, 1959, to the late H.P. and Celia Caroland. She graduated from Clovis High School (‘77) and continued to receive an associate degree from Clovis Community College. Lisa married Mark Jilek on August 10, 1978.

She worked as the owner and operator of Scientific Cleaners for three years. She went on to become a realtor for Caroland Realty and Kenneth Realty. Finally, she worked as a purchasing clerk for R&D Service Center. Lisa enjoyed reading, arts and crafts, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Lisa is survived by her spouse Mark Jilek, children Randy Jilek (Brook) of Norman, OK, Chris Jilek of Fort Worth, TX and brother Phillip Caroland (Monica) of Albuquerque, NM, and sister Alice DiGiovanni (Joe) of Scottsdale, AZ. Grandchildren Ellie Davidson, Mason Jilek, Makhi Koonce, Brett Jilek and Wyatt Jilek.

Lisa is proceeded in death by H.P and Celia Caroland.

The family of Lisa Jilek wishes to thank Bruckner’s of Odessa, family and friends. Family has planned a private service; cremation has taken place. In lieu of food or flowers please donate to your local animal shelter in her memory.
