Ms. Renteria, 53 of Odessa surrounded by her loving family, passed away

Monday June 23, 2014 at her residence. She was born February 25, 1961 in Odessa, Texas to

Jesus and Socorro Renteria. Joanna was Catholic.

She was self-employed and worked in the food industry.

Ms. Renteria is preceded in death by her Parents; Jesus and Socorro Renteria,

Brothers; Jose and Jesus Renteria Jr.

She is survived by Son; Brandon Mijango of Odessa, Texas. Brothers; David (Cindy) and

Manuel (Carmela) Renteria of Odessa, Texas, Sisters; Belinda (Poncho) Olivas,

Antonia (Mario) Olivas, Yolanda (Fernando) Lopez and Creselda Renteria all of Odessa, Texas,

Mary Helen (Ricardo) Leon of Vidor, Texas and Linda Martinez of Austin, Texas.

Ms. Renteria also leaves a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many Friends.

We the family would like to take this time and express our utmost sincere gratitude to

each and every one of you for all your prayers, floral, food offerings and especially your

presence with us during this most difficult time. May God Bless You All Abundantly.

Visitation will be held today, Wednesday June 24, 2014 from 1pm-9pm with a

Rosary being recited at 7pm at Odessa Funeral Home.

Mass will be celebrated at 10am Thursday June 26,2014 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church

with Rev. Lorenzo Hatch officiating.

Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery-Peaceful Gardens Section.
