Bill was born June 3, 1931, in Troup, Texas to Milford and Lizzie (Brooks) Prichard. He was the second oldest of five children. Bill graduated from Whiteface High School in Whiteface, Texas. Shortly after graduation, Bill enlisted in the United States Air Force, and he proudly served for 4 years. After he separated from the Air Force, he met the love of his life, Sue Clarkson, who was a close friend of his sister.
Bill and Sue married in 1954. They moved to Odessa around 1962 to be closer to family and made it their home. They raised their two children, Debbie and Ron, in Odessa. Bill worked his way up through the ranks with Amoco Oil, later known as BP, starting as a laborer and retiring as management.
Bill was passionate about watching baseball, was an avid Cowboys fan and loved to tinker around their family home. He had a great sense of humor and was a kind and loyal man. Bill was also a member of Sherwood Baptist Church for many years. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Bill is survived by his wife of 69 years, children Debbie (James) Koerlin and Ron (Shana) Prichard, grandchildren, Morgan, Eric, Lizzie, and Jake; great-grandchildren Ian, Juliana, Lydia, Hudson; and many more extended family and friends.
A graveside service with military honors for Bill will be held Friday, April 12, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Sunset Memorial Gardens, 6801 E I-20 Business Loop, Odessa, Texas 79762.
