Mary Boose

Mary M. Boose, age 93, of Oceanside died at her home on Monday January 28,2019. Born October 25,1925 in Seattle, WA. She lived in Oceanside for 70 years. Mrs. Boose was very active in the North Coast United Methodist Church, Oceanside, serving on many different committees and helping feed the needy at Brother Benno's. She was also active in Encinitas American Legion Auxiliary Post 416. Mrs. Boose was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Boose, son Richard Boose, and brother, Henry Dubigk. She is survived by her sister, Maxine Motor, Seattle, WA, daughter, Mary Sims, Oceanside, son and daughter-in-law, David and Sophie Boose, Oceanside, daughters and son-in-law, Kathleen and Lawrence Vasquez, Jr, Carlsbad, Margaret and Larry Nuehring, Las Vegas, NV. 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren. Mary was loved by so many and will be missed. She was a friend to everyone she met. A memorial service will be held Saturday Feb. 2 at noon at North Coast United Methodist Church, 1501 Kelly St. Oceanside. Graveside service will be Wednesday, February 6 at 10 a.m. at Eternal Hills Mortuary in Oceanside. Transportation services will be provided for those who have trouble walking on the grassy hill.
