Harvey was born in Lehigh County, Township Lower Macungie, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to the late Richard Fisher and Elsie Reppert.
Harvey is survived by his sons, Clay Fisher of San Diego, California, Hal Fisher of Oceanside, California, Mark Fisher of Florida, and daughter Joan Fisher Clark of Georgia.
Harvey was a veteran of the United States Air Force and served a portion during the Korean War. He attained the rank of Staff Sgt.
Harvey lived most of his life in St. Petersburg, Florida until the final months when he moved out to California to be with his oldest sons.
A private family burial will take place under the direction of Eternal Hills Memorial Park.
