It was my greatest pleasure to have known and worked with Telly Muldong at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton for many years. She was an accomplished medical internist, a joyful and gentle soul, who was loved by her colleagues and patients. I could not hope for a dearer friend and colleague. To the family of Dr. Telly Muldong :  Bobby & all the family & to Leony;
     I felt so sorry I cannot be there in Oceanside to say "good bye" to by your side,  but I have my husband Tony and my daughter Evelyn was able to make it from the BayArea.  It so happened I am here in Texas visiting my daughter and her family.  I was informed your passing away the day I left Millbrae.
    Dr. Muldong I was so happy Tony and I were able to see you the first week of October, 3 weeks ago.  It have been a very good visit.  I thank you very much Dr. Muldong for all the teaching and wisdom you have given me.  I will always treasure.  I know I am not the only one who felt this very good feeling to be  but all your friends.  We love you so much, I love you Dr. Muldong.  You are a great friend a very remarkable Lady.  We are so blessed to be called your friend.  You might not be here but you will never be forgotten.  You will always be I. My heart and in my prayers.  You always tell me, we are always in your prayer.  Dr. Muldong we know you are now with our Lord and His Blessed Mother Mary and with your loving husband Mario. Eternal rest grant unto their souls, O Lord and Perpetual light shine upon them, REST IN PEACE. I LOVE YOU. AMEN

Captain or Doctor Muldong was an accomplished woman.  Her service to our country, the United States of America as U.S. Navy captain and medical doctor attest to her strength, her determination, her focused, and her faith.  It is her Catholic faith that I would like to speak to.  When I was the Director for Asian Pacific American Catholic Affairs/Ministry (APAC) for the Archdiocese of Seattle, Dr. Muldong, endearingly known to all of us as simply "Telly" generously agreed to serve on my Archdiocesan Advisory Board for APAC.  On the national level, she assisted greatly with the enshrinement of Our Lady of Antipolo at the national Basilica of the Immaculate Conception in Washington D.C.  This shrine acknowledges, appreciate, and represent in a small way the faith journey of all Filipino Catholics in this country.  On the Archdiocesan level, she assisted with the establishment of Simbang Gabi for the Archdiocese of Seattle.  This prayerful devotion is calling people to focus on Jesus Christ in anticipation of His Birthday at Christmas.  A Novena of Nine (9) days of Mass before Christmas.  This is now a standard in the Archdiocese of Seattle with over 130 parishes.  On the Parish level, Telly assisted her Pastor at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church in Bremerton, Washington by raising over millions of dollars that remodeled the church that included a shrine to the first Filipino Saint Lorenzo Ruiz on one side and a shrine to the Holy Innocents on the opposite side of the church.  These accomplishments are a few to so many others; but Telly was truly a faith filled woman after our Blessed Mother Mary herself.  She was a devotee of our Lord Jesus Christ and His Blessed Mother in His One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church.  This is truly a testament to the faith of the Church in the Philippines where Telly was formed, schooled, and taught her love for the Lord.  May perpetual light shine upon you, my friend.  Truly you are with our Lord and Mother Mary and your Mario in heaven.  Pray for us and remember to talk to my dear Jerry who went to the Lord on 20Feb17 and together pray for us and for the world to convert to believe, adore, love and serve our Lord Jesus Christ in all of this life.  He alone is the Savior, the Redeemer, the Lord of all human kind.  Love you Telly. Dearest Family of Ninang Telly,

     I JOIN ALL OF YOU IN YOUR MOURNING with the passing of my Ninang Telly.
     My name is Felix Fabellano---I live in Bremerton, WA.
     Telly is one of my 'Sponsors' for the possibility of a Carmelite Life.
     No matter, she made me LAUGH, 'HAD MY BACK,' GAVE ME GREAT ADVICE, PRAYED WITH ME AND FOR ME, SHARED AND TAUGHT THOUGHTS OF FAITH AND CULTURE...but most especially, NINANG TELLY LOVED ME!
     She and I got sick, about the same time, in 2011.
     Despite just having a stroke & other health struggles, she, with Ate' Leoni, came to see me while I was in a Nursing Home.
     She wanted to not only 'despidida her 'Ina-Anak' but left me with some statues of Our Blessed Lady [Antipolo & Fatima] and to tell me she loved me!
     After returning home from the Nursing Home, I made it a point to call and write her---especially during HOLIDAYS of all sorts.
     Ate' Leoni was also so very gracious to me and a loving help to Ninang Telly.  {God Bless you for all you did with and for her-Maraming Salamat Po!}
     My humanity greatly MISSES her, however, I KNOW we will see each other again with the Christ/God/Holy Spirit she so loved and witnessed to.
     She, in our talks, would mention that she had a tendency to be 'stubborn'---especially with people who she did not see 'eye-to-eye' with her.
     We would laugh and I'd tell her, "WELCOME to our humanity!"
     She said that she, in Confession, would ask for forgiveness.
     I'd tell her..."AMEN!"
     Like the Priest would say at the end of Confession, " Now, go in the Peace of Christ!"
     Ninang Telly, Go in the Peace of Christ!  Please continue to PRAY FOR US HERE ON EARTH!
     Dearest Family of my Ninang Telly, Prayers and Peace be with all of you!
     I am sorry that I cannot be there for the funeral [health and finances], but, in faith, I AM BESIDE YOU AND WITH ALL OF YOU!
