2025. Born in Newark, NJ grew up in Hillside, NJ. Joel raised his
family in Colonia NJ. He retired to Lakewood, NJ and then moved
to Seabrook in Tinton Falls where he and his wife led an active
life. He loved Playing Poker, Bridge and also enjoyed playing golf.
Surviving is his Wife Joyce who he was dedicated to for 68 years,
his Son, Jim Penn and Daughter-in-Law Gina, His Daughter
Jackie Gordon, His 3 Grand Children, Joshua Penn, Nicole
Gordon & Danielle Gordon. Also surviving is his Brother Saul Penn and his wife Rita. Also his
niece and nephew and their spouse’s and children
Joel was also pre-deceased by his Parents, Percy and Ida Penn.
Services will be Sunday March 30,2025 at 11:00 am at
