Irving Nissenberg

Irving Nissenberg, age 95, passed away on Thursday, September 28th, 2023 at his residence at The Chelsea at Tinton Falls, NJ. Irving was born in Manhattan, NY and has resided in the Jersey Shore area for the past 30 years. Irving was cherished by family and friends and will be sorely missed. He was more than a husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was a dear friend who was a New York Yankees and Knickerbockers fan. Additionally, Irving proudly served in the U.S Air Force.

Mr. Nissenberg was previously married to his beloved wife of 66 years, Evelyn who passed away in 2014. He is survived by his two daughters and their husbands, Barbara & Stuart Eichenbaum and Alberta & Greg Littman and their children and spouses: Edward & JoAnne Eichenbaum, Bryan & Jennifer Eichenbaum, Jennifer & Glenn Hansen, Aimee & Steve Woods, Adam Littman, Shayna & Jose Diaz; and his ten great grandchildren Julia Eichenbaum, Maxx Eichenbaum, Jenna Eichenbaum, Jonah Eichenbaum, Evan Gilman, Skyler Woods, Elle Woods, Isabella Littman, and Gabriella Littman, Emilia Littman. Irving always looked forward to being surrounded by his family.

Graveside services will be held at 3pm, Sunday October 1st at Temple Beth Miriam Memorial Park, 1750 Bangs Avenue, Neptune NJ.
