William Clark Billinger, also known as Clark, was born on February 24, 1959, in Marietta, GA, to William Stephens and Dorothy Haire. Clark grew up in Davenport Town, a neighborhood in Smyrna, GA. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior later in life. He was the second born and only son out of four children.
Clark was the life of every occasion. His presence, big smile, jokes, and joyous laughter would light up any room. Clark loved spending time with his family and friends, eating good food, listening to music, driving, riding motorcycles, traveling, working on and detailing vehicles, taking pictures, making videos, and barbecuing. Clark shared his love for these hobbies with his father, William Stephens. He also liked racing remote controlled cars, flying drones, and playing video games. He always lent a helping hand and gave helpful advice. Clark lived his life his way and to the fullest.
