Patricia Yvonne Schenck was born on December 17, 1936, and she was the 9th and final child born to the parents of Thomas Alfred and Lora Bivins Schenck (Mull). She grew up in Lawndale, NC on a farm with her parents and siblings. She was 12 years old when her dad passed away in 1948 and 15 years old when her mom passed away in 1951. Upon her mom's passing she went to live with her brother Warren G. and his wife Lois and their children.
She continued to pursue her education and graduated high school with honors in 1955. After graduating high school, she received and academic scholarship from the United Methodist Church to attend college in Morristown, TN. She graduated from Morristown in 1957 with an Associate's degree in business education.
She will live on in our hearts forever and we will miss her dearly, but we know she is with her siblings & their parents and they are rejoicing in Heaven. We serve a loving God, and we know He is able, so we know she is finally resting in His Peace.
