Thomas C. O’Farrell, age 84 of Alsip, IL, United States Air Force Veteran, Retired Lieutenant of Alsip Police Department, at rest on December 12, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Mary A. O’Farrell; loving father of Tom, Gerry (Terri) Phillips, Mike (Jackie) and Colleen (John) Kohn; dear grandfather of Lee, Jacob, Stephanie, Allison and Kyle; brother to the late Irene I. (nee O’Farrell) Freeman; uncle to several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home, 11333 S Central Ave, Oak Lawn, IL from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Funeral on Monday, December 19, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens South Cemetery.
