Dorothy J. Fisher, age 79, of Alsip, IL, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2019 with her loving family at her side.
Dorothy is the loving wife of the late Richard H. Fisher Sr.; cherished mother to Patricia (Allen) Puchalski, Richard (Karen) Fisher Jr., Lynda (Raymond) Smith; loving grandmother to Yvonne (Jay) Pidrak, Edward Neerose, Kim (Bryan) O'Connor, the late Amber (Ronnie) Woodworth, Allen (Nikki) Puchalski, Ian Fisher, Amanda Fisher, Richard Fisher III, and Alison Smith; many great grandchildren; fond sister to Thomas (the late Barbara) McCauley, Frank (Flossie) McCauley, and Kathy (the late Larry) Backstrom; and Aunt Dorothy to many nieces and nephews.
Dorothy enjoyed her retirement years, especially spending time with her family.
Visitation will be Friday, December 20, 2019 from 9:00 am until time of her funeral at 10:00 am, visitation will continue from after her funeral until 12:00 pm at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home (4727 W. 103rd Street; Oak Lawn, IL 60453). She will be laid to rest in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.
