William Julian Mosley

On February 17, 2023, William Julian Mosley passed away at home surrounded by family. He was born on March 6, 1933 in Reidsville, GA to the late William and Omie Mosley. He was the beloved husband of 71 years to late Polly Ruth Mosley (nee Whitson); devoted father of William Kelvin Mosley (Deborah), Cindy Young (Bob), Cheryl Parlett (Linwood), Denise Abel (JR), Sharon Anita Powers (John), and Michael Mosley, Sr.; cherished grandfather of thirteen grandchildren and their spouses and sixteen great-grandchildren; dear brother of Dan Mosley, Lou Mosley, Edwin Mosley (Sherry), the late Melvin Mosley, Albert Mosley, and Lillian Shows. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and many other children they opened their hearts and home to.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at 11:00 AM, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Oak Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Shriners Hospital.
