Patricia Ann Kernan, age 77, of Baltimore, Maryland passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late John Kernan; mother of Rose Welch; grandmother of Amanda Barrett (Stephen Bruno), Samantha Welch, and Kyle Welch; great-grandmother of Dominic and Mason; daughter of the late Melvin, Sr. and Rose Seredicz; sister of Melvin Seredicz, Jr. and the late Rita Shipley.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Schimunek Funeral Home Inc., 9705 Belair Rd. Nottingham, MD 21236 on Saturday, November 23, 2024 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. A graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at 1:00 PM.
