Rigney, Jr.,; beloved husband of the late Ellen Rigney (nee Hamill); loving uncle of Ellen Franck, Melissa Marks and husband Brad, Suzanne Vaselaros and husband Bill, Robert Hamill and wife Lee, Duane Schline and the late Robert Franck and surviving wife Teresa Boblooch; dear friend of Gladys Vaughan. Also survived by many friends and other nieces and nephews.
