Dear Ronnie and Family,  Ronnie, I've searched for you for several years, and find you in grieving.  My deepest sympathy and prayers of consolation go out to you.  We've not seen one another since over 50 years ago, in our boyhood neighborhood on Pine Street, now Pinevale, in Forestville, where "Stink Lake Quiet Pond" was.  Remember?  I've a card ready, and will include a letter, email address, phone, and address. Our sincere condolences on Lynn's passing. She was a lovely sweet woman who we held in high regard. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time.

Lynn was a close and dear friend to me.  We met in 1975 at a bus stop waiting to commute to D.C.  We became fast friends and soon began carpooling together which we continued for about 30 years. We had many adventures during our carpool years--we would laugh while getting lost if there was a detour from our regular route.  We also solved world problems and worked through our own family issues together. I always admired Lynn's love and devotion to her familyAllison and Michael were always her priority.  We took vacations together with trips to Ocean City or cruising in the Caribbean.  Many, many parties and watching Redskin games were held at our homes.   Where ever we were there was always laughter and love.   On our last visit and as we were leaving Lynn said, remember the good times, girls.  I love you.  I always will remember the good times we shared and I love you too, Lynn!  I know you are at peace and finally your suffering is over.  Thanks for being my friend!


Dear Sweet Lynn my friend as I think back I remember all the wonderful times we shared carpooling to and from IRS for many years. I can still see your beautiful face, a smile that always lite up the room, laughter that was contagious and your long wavy hair, so beautiful. I remember our Friday wine nights, our fun times at the Fleet Reserve,that great Cruise we all took and so many great parties with our group. For me they were the Best of Times. We knew how to have fun.I met you shortly after Michael was born and knew immediately  you were a fantastic Mom amd a special friend. You had a total and devoted love for Allison and Michael. You found a responsible  and loving person, in Mildred,to care for Allison and Michael so you could continue working to contribute to your family's income.I don't think a day passed in the car either to or from work that you didn't mention your appreciation to Mildred and her husband for the loving care they gave to your kids. You never minced words when it came to your love for Ronnie...we all knew if Lynn felt something she said something..you were the BEST. I could go on forever with all my wonderful memories of you. You were such an awesome daughter, sister, sister-in-law (you adored Rosie)mother,wife and friend.I am saddened that you had to suffer so in order to meet our Lord. But thankful that you are at peace. My love and prayers are with all of your family with special love and thoughts for Allison and Family, Michael and his love and to your Ronnie, The Love Of Your Life. I'll remember you always Lynn and love you forever.

Hi Harriet, No I did not see Lynne's Obit in the newspaper. I saw it on face book written by Helen Mull. Harriet where has the time gone! Yesterday we were little kids on Leona street! Now our Parents are gone and my Sister Tookie is gone and now Lynne is gone. Think f you often!

I had the pleasure of knowing Mrs.Williams since meeting Michael in Kindegarten. We have been close friends for over 30 years.I can remember coming over to Kelford Lane and always being greeted by her smile and warm laugh. I have many fond memories growing up and she played a large part in many of them.As we grew up she was always so kind to me and my family. I feel privileged to have met such a great woman.She did a fantastic job raising two great kids. My prayers and sympathy go out to her family and friends.

So sorry to learn of Lynn's passing.  Sending deepest sympathy to the family and friends from her classmates of 1964 Suitland Sr High School (Md).  Remember you, Lynn,  from school and those great happy days.  Sending prayers and that God will comfort you at this difficult time.

I write this to my Dear Family of Lynn.   My heart is full with love and sadness knowing your Mom, Sister, Sister-in-law,  Grandmom, Aunt, Cousin, soon to be Great Aunt and Friend to many had to leave our world.  There is no doubt she is in our hearts and has let us know her love remains with us.   I share the emptiness of her physical being.  However, I am so blessed to have her as my first friend when we began first grade together at Forestville  Elementary School in 1952.   I truly feel I am the person I am after knowing her all these years because she gave me a huge gift  of Including me as a member of your family.  Her friendship, guidance, acceptance, forgiveness, and generosity of love have given me a wonderful and cherished life.   I can only say that you will continue to have my loyalty and love as I know no other way.  Thank you all for allowing me to share these last moments of Lynn's life on earth.  Yet again I am in awe of her strength and dignity.  Love to all of you.
