On April 24, 2017 Charles Shafer, Jr., (AKA Jr., Charlie Brown, Cholie) passed away. He was the beloved son of Genevieve Schafer and the late Charles T. Schafer, Sr.; dear brother of Diane Tindall and her companion Ron Horst and Michael Joseph Schafer, Sr.; loving nephew of Bernice Martenczuk; cherished uncle of Michael Tindall, Matthew Tindall, Amber Liston, Michael Schafer, Jr., Avery James Schafer, and Taylor "Tinkerbell" Schafer; loving great-uncle of Gabby, Jake, Piper, Lucian, Irvin, Liam, and Ryan. He is also survived by his beloved bird, Paulie.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Schimunek Funeral Home Inc., 9705 Belair Rd. Nottingham, MD 21236 on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 11 AM at Shrine of the Little Flower Church. Interment private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Shrine of the Little Flower Catholic Church, 2854 Brendan Ave. Baltimore, MD 21213.
