Sean Patrick Hannon

Sean was an avid fisherman and loved movies, music and all Boston sports. He loved animals, especially his dog “Brinks” whom he had recently rescued.

Beloved son of Mary (Mescall) Hannon and the late John M. Hannon; loving brother of Casey E. Hannon of Bellingham, Colleen M. (Hannon) Olsen and her husband James Jr. of Amesbury and Cara E. Hannon and her fiancé John Koslosky of Whitman; cherished uncle and godfather of Aidan John Hannon; dear grandson of Bridget Mescall of Cambridge and the late Patrick Mescall and John and Noreen Hannon. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd at 9:00am from the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole Street (Rte. 1A), Norwood, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am in St. Timothy’s Church, 650 Nichols Street, Norwood. Interment will follow the Mass in Highland Cemetery, Norwood. Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Monday, September 1st from 4:00-8:00pm at the funeral home.
