Nora A. (King) Gilboy

She was the beloved wife of the late Charles W. Gilboy, with whom she shared 59 years of marriage. Nora was the loving mother of Anne Marie (Gilboy) Amorosso of Portland, ME and Kenneth Charles Gilboy of Norwood; devoted sister of Marie King of Norwood, and the late John, Bartley, Martin and Joseph King; dear grandmother of Heather Singh, Kimberly Wilson, Christine Gilboy, and Carrie Gilboy; proud great-grandmother of Lahkwinder, Christian and Tetiana; daughter of the late Bartley and Winifred (Malloy) King. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 26th at 9:00am from the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole Street (Rte. 1A) NORWOOD, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am in St. Timothy’s Church, 650 Nichols Street, Norwood. Interment will follow the Mass in Highland Cemetery, Norwood. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 4:00-8:00pm.
