M. Eileen (Lajoie) Mariano, of Hyde Park, formerly of Norwood, passed away on March 30, 2018.
Eileen was the beloved daughter of the late Edward and Clara (Schroeder) Lajoie, Jr. Loving sister of Claire Alty of Norwood, Edward Lajoie, III and his wife Anne of Marstons Mills, and Julie Drummey and her husband Jeremiah of Norwood. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 3rd at 10:30am in St. Timothy’s Church, 650 Nichols Street, Norwood. Interment will be private. A visitation will be on Tuesday morning from 9:00-10:00am, prior to the Mass, at the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole Street (Rte. 1A), Norwood.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of M.Eileen Mariano may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Rd, Waltham, MA 02452.
