Anne Marie Mulkern

Ann Marie Mulkern, 56 of East Walpole, MA passed away on May 30, 2020. Born in Norwood, MA, she was the cherished daughter of Mary T. (O’Malley) Mulkern and the late John J. Mulkern of East Walpole, MA. Devoted mother to Christopher Leppo of Easton, MA, Ryan Leppo and his fiancé Emily Toth of South Walpole, MA, Jake Leppo of Worcester, MA. Loving grandmother of Meadow Rose Leppo of South Walpole, MA. Ann also leaves her siblings, Michael Mulkern of East Walpole, MA, Noreen Cerqua of Walpole, MA, and MaryAnn Sullivan of Foxboro, MA. Also survived by many beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in the United States and Ireland.

Ann worked many years for the Sharon Public Schools. Ann enjoyed family vacations, art, crochet, books, and Bird Park. She also loved everything Irish; especially music, food and art. Ann was particulary proud of her parents’ heritage in Inishbarra and Lettercallow, County Galway, Ireland. Ann will be forever in our hearts. A private service was held at Gillooly Funeral Home, Norwood, MA. A mass and celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in Ann’s memory to the National Kidney Foundation.

A Memorial Mass will be held in St. Mary's Catholic Church,176 Washington Street, East Walpole, MA on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at 2:00 pm.
