William T Headrick

William T. Headrick, 88, of Norwich, Connecticut, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2024, in the city where he was born and spent his life. He was born on March 23, 1936, in Norwich to Mary Headrick and Anthony Losacano.

William proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy from 1954 to 1958. Following his military service, he dedicated himself to protecting and serving his community as a member of the Norwich Police Department. William joined the force in 1963 and retired in 1987 after 24 years of distinguished service.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Jean Headrick, who was born on December 14, 1935, and passed away on March 22, 2019. They were married on May 18th, 1957. Together they shared many cherished years of marriage.

William is survived by his only child, Donna Marie Doroshevich, and her two sons, Timothy Mark Doroshevich and Kevin William Doroshevich. His legacy lives on through them and the memories he created with those who knew him.
