William D Rinehart

William Donald Rinehart, age 81, of Tuscaloosa, died July 13, 2012, at home. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Campground United Methodist Church with Rev. Jerry Montgomery and Pastor Phillip Rinehart officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to services at the church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Edwina Rinehart; his son, Stuart Alan Rinehart; his brothers, James Rinehart and Joe Rinehart; and his parents, Thomas and Elma Barnes Rinehart.

Survivors include his wife, Marvelene Rinehart of Tuscaloosa; his daughters, Caprice Holcombe (Larry) and Karen Castleman; his sons, Greg Rinehart (Yvonne), Scott Rinehart (Lisa), and Tommy Aultman; his sisters, Naomi “Bay” Cozort, Miree Oneal (Dannie), and Marcell Riley Denton; 24 grandchildren; and her nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Phillip Rinehart, Daniel Rinehart, Jeremy Swiney, Shannon Swiney, Patrick Castleman, Alan Castleman, Jason Grubbs, Blake Rinehart, and Matt Rinehart.

Honorary pallbearers are Dr. William A. Hill, Greg Hamrick, Dr. Gene Alldredge, Dr. Luther Richardson, Arthur Richardson, Tom McAnally, Ben and Tamichael Mallisham, B.J. Boone, Barry Rinehart, Linda Sue Keeton, former employees of Empire Coke Co., Southern Care Hospice, Tennie, Dana, and Suzie.
