She is preceded in death by her loving husband Olan Woods, daughter Tina Woods Rice, her parents Coleman and Rachel Logan Smith, stepmother Gaila Smith, brothers Leon Smith, W.B. Smith, infant brother, two step-brothers Jimmy Sisson and Michael Sisson.
She is survived by three children Mike Woods, Dale Woods (Jamie), and Kim Woods. Grandchildren Brandi Doremus (Howie), Craig Woods (Crystal), Kasie Hebert (Cam), John Woods (Kendra), Sean Westbrook (Candice), Brittany Whitehead (Alex), Brandon Woods and Byron Hocutt (Abby). Numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Stepsister Ponzella Fowler, and stepbrother Jerry Sisson.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 11, 2024, from 10:00AM to 11:00AM at New Hope Baptist Church, Berry, AL.
Serving as pallbearers are Sean Westbrook, Craig Woods, Brandon Woods, Byron Hocutt and John Woods.
The family would like to thank everyone for the food, visits, calls, texts and most of all the prayers they are all greatly appreciated.
