Beloved wife of the late Arthur Roy O'Connor died peacefully at home on Monday, July 2, 2012 after a short illness. Dear loving mother of Daniel O'Connor (Margherita), Joseph O'Connor (Shannon) and Mark O'Connor. Cherished grandmother of Daniela, Sarah (Rory), Kimberly and Emily. Dear sister of the late Eleanor Hinch, aunt of Terry, Cindy (Tony), Marilou (Ric). Joan will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her. Founding member of The Right to Life Association of Toronto. Friends will be received at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street (at Goulding Ave., south of Steeles Avenue) on Wednesday, July 4th from 7 to 9 pm and Thursday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Bonaventure's Church, 1300 Leslie Street (south of Lawrence Ave. E.), Toronto on Friday, July 6th at 12 noon. Interment at Mount Hope Cemetery.
