After a long and interesting life, Dean Anderson passed away on April 2, 2016. He was born in Groten, Alberta on April 25th 1921, served in the Canadian military (in WWII), and worked many years as steamfitter in the Pacific Northwest. Countless weekends were spent fishing at Horseshoe Bay.He was predeceased by his wife Alma in 1990 and by his second wife Mary in 2006. He is survived by his two sons John and Ken, his daughter Janice (Steve) Edmonds and grandchildren Trevor, Keith (Mandeep), and Karly Edmonds. Also, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. A memorial gathering will be held at Anatoli Souvlaki -5 Lonsdale, N. Van. on April 24th from 1:30-3:30. Come as you like—for a toast and a chat!
