Age 88 of West Palm Beach, Florida and formally of Stratford, Connecticut passed away on June 27, 2020. Daughter of Michael and Mamie Macauda. She was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut on June 17, 1932.
Marie graduated from University of Bridgeport and received an Associate Degree in Business.
She was married to Gordon Colello on January 22, 1955. Marie was not only a wife and mother; she had a career in banking and was a loan manager for Bridgeport Hospital FCU until her retirement.
Marie is survived by her husband Gordon; her daughter Joanne Miller of Derby, Connecticut, her son Gary Colello and his wife Tina of Woodstock, Connecticut; grandchildren Jocelyn Miller and husband Andy Kaplan of Hoboken, New Jersey and their daughter Audrey, Alexandra Colello and her husband Greg Bentrup of North Carolina, Stephanie Colello, MD of Pennsylvania, and Andrew Colello of Boston, Mass. She was preceded in death by her brothers James Macauda and Michael Macauda.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Trustbridge Hospice who took care of her in her final days, 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida 33407.
