Jean was born in Bainet, Haiti on October 20, 1950, to Father Michel Nicolas and Mother Alcide Venant.
Jean Nicolas was a charming charismatic business savvy man that traveled the world. Although he was the youngest and the only male out of a total of 5 siblings, he was a determined businessman that created multiple businesses in multiple countries.
Jean Nicolas had a passion for business and loved to travel. Throughout his endeavors in the late 1970’s he met his wife Marie Nicolas who was a vocalist and a seamstress; they were later married in 1982. In the late 1980s, Jean and Marie started their family in Spring Valley, NY.
Jean and his wife later relocated to West Palm Beach, FL after the birth of his youngest daughter, Naomi Nicolas.
While living in Florida, Jean worked as a boat-manufacturer and a car salesman. During his free time he enjoyed traveling, gardening, playing the lottery and loved hosting parties at his house. Jean was also a faithful WWE wrestling fan that never missed a Thursday night episode and always made sure he played the lottery every day.
To everyone that knew him, he was the boss man that had a solution for every and any problem and was always held to the highest standard from his young teenage years until God called him home. Jean was a people person that the entire community loved as he always put others, including his family, first. His grace, morals, and values are survived through his children as they’ll continue the Nicolas Family Legacy and honor his wishes.
