Heloise was born on December 9, 1930, in Lascahobas, Haiti, to Mr. Victor and Mrs. Sylvia Taujours. She began her medical career in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti, before moving to Detroit, Michigan, where she became a registered nurse. Heloise inspired her siblings to migrate to the United States, and in 1964, she relocated to Chicago, where she met her late husband, Mr. Jean-Claude Bien-Aime Sr. They were married two years later and had three children, Rodney Claude Bien-Aime, Peggy Rubio, and Jean-Claude Bien-Aime Jr.
In 1985, Heloise moved to Miami, Florida, where she continued her medical career and eventually retired as a Supervisor of Family Affairs, helping unexpected mothers find their way. She was a devoted mother, a Catholic parishioner, and treasured family get togethers, dinners, and movies.
Heloise will always be remembered as a respected member of both her community and family. Heloise Taujours was predeceased by Jacqueline (Jackie) Armand Taujours and Marie Yrene Taujours Jose. She is survived by her children, Rodney Bien-Aime and spouse Erin and grandchildren, Alina and Shane; Peggy Rubio and David and grandchildren, Kristian and Megan; and Jean-Claude Bien-Aime Jr. and spouse Elizabeth and children, Sean, Christopher, Victor, and Sofia. Heloise is also survived by her siblings: Victor Taujours Jr. and family, Cluny Taujours Prosper and family, Marie Ange Taujours Fenelon and family, Monique Taujours Bievre and family, Jean-Claude Taujours and family, Evelyne Favre Squillace Taujours and family, and Yanick Andre and family.
