Jerry Lewis Lee

Jerry Lewis Lee, 68, of Jacksonville, AR. passed away on January 1, 2022. Jerry was born in Little Rock AR on April 13, 1953. He joined the United States Air Force in 1980, and began his service to our country that would continue until his retirement in 1999. He married his wife Johnnetta (Gordon) Lee on December 24, 1994 and they shared 27 years of marriage. Jerry was a member of Life Pentecostal Church, and the American Legion. Jerry enjoyed fishing and cooking. His gumbo and sweet potato pie will be missed by his family.

Jerry leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife Johnnetta; six sons, Willie Bates and his wife Catriba, Tyson Flowers and his wife LaToiya, Terrance Lee, Torri Lee and his wife Trishta, Eugene Carter III and his wife Alyssa, and Johnathan “LJ” Gordon and his fiancé’ Lorena; five daughters, Ayeisha Lee, Gwendolyn Hunter and her husband Shelby, Ebonee Brown and her husband Anthony, April Hampton, and Morgan Lee; thirty seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild; seven brothers, Bobbie Barnes, William Stanton, Bruce Barnes, Derrich Barnes, Phillip Williams and his wife Grace, Roman Chantal, and Dion Barnes; three sisters, Jane McDonald, Eddilisa Barnes Martin and her husband Marcus, and Ed’Regina Barnes.

He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Niccole Whitmore, and his brother Lyn Henry.

A visitation will be held Monday, January 10, 2022 from 5:00-8:00 pm at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills, 77724 Landers Road, North Little Rock. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 beginning at 10:00 am at Life Pentecostal Church, 7519 Gibson Road, Sherwood, Arkansas 72076, with Pastor Floyd Flowers officiating. Burial will take place at Arkansas State Veteran’s Cemetery in North Little Rock, Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers donation may be made in Jerry’s honor to the Life Pentecostal Church, 7519 Gibson Road, Sherwood, Arkansas. 72076.
