Margaret (Peggy) Donnally Lusher, 89, of John's Island, SC died on Monday, March 2nd after a brief illness in Charleston. She was born on April, 19, 1925 in Charleston, WV, the daughter of the late G.W. And Hazel Clingham Donnally. She was preceded in death by the late Ellis Hughes (husband), John Newell Lusher (husband), and Howard McCready (companion). She was also preceded in death by Harold Donnally (brother) and three sisters: Edith Aldridge, Lois Britt and Patricia Pace. She worked in the accounting field in Charleston for Sears, American Tobacco Co. and Cummins Engine Co. where she retired in 1983. Ms. Lusher is survived by Elizabeth Harvill (sister), two sons: G.Edward Hughes (Lynda) of Marietta, GA and John Newell Lusher, Jr. (Nancy) of Momence, IL, and three daughters : Carol Fizer of Hillsboro, WV, Ella Mae Gregory of Hillsboro, WV and Kay Plein (Terry) of Ft. Myers, FL. She is also survived by 10 grand children, 19 great grand children and 7 great great grand children. She was preceded in death by two grand children. A visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 this Friday, March 6th at Carolina Memorial Park. Funeral and burial services will be held at Carolina Memorial Park on Saturday, March 7th at 2:00.
