The relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing and services starting at 11:30am at CAROLINA MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME on Monday January 22, 2024. The viewing will start at 11:30am, 12:30pm for the services, and Interment will follow the services at 1:30pm.

Lewis was born on July the 8th 1931 in Hampton SC to the late Percy Smith and Elizabeth O Smith. He was a loving husband to the late Maybell J Smith, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. He loved cooking on the grill and frying fish and shrimp. He retired from Westvaco after working in the finishing and shipping department for 43 years. He is survived by his sons Lewis Wilson Smith Jr and his wife Robin of Goose Creek, SC, Kenneth Smith, and his wife Christine of Goose Creek, SC and Jeff Smith and his wife Charlene of Summerville, SC, and Grandchildren, Cody, Dalton, Stephanie, Nick, Kenny and Kaden. Great Grandchildren Haley, Madison, Hunter, and Connor. He is predeceased by his sister Mary Lamb, and brothers Percy Smith and James Smith.
