Jesse Jones Jr.

Born in Williams, SC on December, 31, 1935, Jesse was the son of the late Jesse Jones, Sr. and Louise Havillor Jones.

Jesse served in the United States Air Force and was a member of the Masonic Lodge locally. He loved the outdoors, enjoying yard work and fishing. Jesse loved meeting new and people helping others solve problems. His cat Tabitha was the apple of his eye.

Surviving are daughters, Debra Hall and husband Louis and Catherine Muller; sons, James Jones and Glenn Jones; grandchildren, Brandy Holden, Benjamin Muller; great grandchildren, Amber Howard, Ashlee Howard, Wyatt Hall, Jasmine Sherwin, Daven Sherwin and Eliana Benton; sister, Betty Jennings and lifetime friend, Darlene Weathers.

Jesse was preceded in death by daughter, Cynthia Holden, grandchildren, Jay Howard, Barbara Benton and Jennifer Holden and sisters, Doris McCauley and Peggy Jones.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM on Friday, March 17, 2023 at Carolina Memorial Park, Funerals & Cremation located at 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406. 843-797-2222. The graveside service will follow immediately at 12:00 PM.
