spirit, love for her family, and dedication to her community. Born on July 6, 1956 in
Honolulu, Hawaii, Lore embodied the essence of island life, finding joy in the beach,
surfing, and caring for animals. Her years were filled with milestones, from her high
school days at Castle High School to meeting the love of her life, Art, at Pearl Harbor
Naval base.
As a military spouse, Lore embraced the nomadic lifestyle, nurturing her three sons,
Tony, Dom, and Jason, through each move. Settling in Goose Creek, SC, she became an
integral part of the community, serving as both a hairdresser and a nurse for over two
decades. Her warm hospitality and genuine kindness endeared her to many, with her
home becoming a haven for friends and family alike.
Lore's passion for travel took her to new horizons, yet her heart remained firmly rooted in
her family. She cherished moments spent with loved ones, whether exploring foreign
lands or simply enjoying a day at the beach. Her role as a "memaw" to her grandchildren
was one of joy and support, embodying the love and strength she shared with her own
children.
On April 24, 2024, Lore's journey on this earth came to an end, as she reunited with her
parents, Delfin and Agripina, and brother, Pat, in Heaven. Though she is no longer with
us, her legacy of love, laughter, and compassion lives on through her husband Art, her
sons Tony (Wendy), Dom (Coryn), and Jason (Allison); grandchildren, Xander, Ariela,
Dresdyn, and Isabel; and siblings, Vicki, Junior, Alvin, and Melinda; and all those whose
lives she touched. Lore's infectious smile, hearty laugh, and gentle spirit will be dearly
missed, yet her memory will forever remain a source of comfort and inspiration to those
who knew her
