Donald Wayne Roberson

Born in Charleston, SC on October 9, 1949, Donald was the the son of the late Charles Bernard Roberson and Betty C Sanders Roberson.

Donald was a great husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Donald served in the United States Army and was a member of the Carolina Masonic Lodge #375, the 40/8, American Legion and the Elks Lodge. He was a fun loving, giving and caring person who could brighten any room.

Surviving are daughters, Emily Bowers and husband Larry and Tracy Roberson; sisters, Delores Saunders, Nancy Roberson and Diane Bohlen and husband Vern; grandchildren, Taylor Yoakum, Evan Bowers, Wayne Bowers, Gracie Bowers, Madison Nichols; his loving friend and companion, Shellie Hargenrader and many nieces and nephews including Robbie Roberson his business partner.

Family and friends are invited to the visitation from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, May 12, 2023 at Carolina Memorial Park, Funerals & Cremations located at 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406. 843-797-2222. Donald's funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Carolina Memorial Park.
