Barbara Jean Bell of North Charleston, 86, passed from this life on October 12th, 2021. Barbara lived a long, full life filled with family and friends. She lived in Wando Woods for 56 years. Barbara retired from her position as an administrative assistant at the Naval Supply Center in 1995. Barbara was predeceased by her husband, Lee Bell, in 2014, after 50 years of marriage.
Barbara is survived by her 5 children, Eileen Harris, Lowell (Laura) Harris, Leigh Anne (Frank) Panek, Cheryl (Ricky) Tamsberg, and Kathryn (Dale) Stewart. She has 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are being made through Carolina Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Roper Hospice Cottage, 676 Wando Park Blvd, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464.
A visitation was held on Sunday, October 17, 202. A Celebration of Life Service was held on Monday, October 18, 2021.
