Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Billie R. Pool, and Anna Lois (Kimbrell) Pool-Posey. He is survived by his daughter, Mandy Pool Fesko (Mike), granddaughter Gunnar Fesko, and grandson Ziglar Fesko, of San Francisco, California. He is also survived by his sister, Sharon Pool Booker (Barry) of Maud, Oklahoma, and nephew, Jerry Clement, of Noble, Oklahoma, two great-nieces, and, many great-great-nieces, and -nephews. And, last, but not least, his friend, and caregiver, Mike Nelson.
Robert worked as a heavy equipment operator, with United Waste, until a debilitating injury forced his early retirement. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially, hunting, and fishing. Those who knew him, new he had a heart of gold, and would give you the shirt off his back, if you needed it.
A memorial service will be held at a later time.
